I've heard these stories "oh I used occy one time on hardcore and got teleported into a swarm of unique death lord packs and died" but I'm thinking these are false. It's never happened to me. Played hardcore since 2006. Can it really happen? Occy is just so damn good and the +1 teleport really shouldn't limit its use on hardcore.

it dangerous in tiny areas ( Andariel, Chaos Sanctuary from Entrace to Star) or areas with alot of melee mobs(Cows), However Spirit sword is way more good

It's fucking awful.

Use a Spirit if you're that poor. Use a HOTO otherwise. Occy is a trap.

Yeah I also heard stories about people that die in real life but it never happened to me so I think I'm immortal

Yes. It is not '+1 teleport', it is 25% Chance to cast level 1 Teleport when struck, and it may be triggered by a variety of melee and missile attacks: https://www.theamazonbasin.com/wiki/index.php?title=When_Struck
When triggered, Sorceress and her dependant(s) are teleported to a random accessible location beyond player's control: https://www.theamazonbasin.com/wiki/index.php?title=Teleport#Chance_to_Cast

It might save her - or it might be the death of her.

Last time I had occy on, i got teleported randomly directly in lord de seis pack, quick reaction and stormshield saved me...

But this happened three times in a period of 2-3 days

Way more dangerous than Hoto, Eschuta, DF, Cmoon, Tals orb or Spirit sword
