Im building a pc on a budget and i dont know what to get for my gpu for under 600$ (CAD$)
i found a 1070ti refurbished on Newegg for 482$ (with shiping and taxes)
And a new one is 830$ (without taxe and shipping)

So could it be a good deal?

Open box/refurb is fine, but that's still $100 more than I paid brand new for my 1070ti FTW like 6 months ago. They are last gen card and just out of stock. If you wanna spend around $500, just get a 2070 for better performance.

Again, reason prices are so high is just because that's the old generation. They haven't manufactured 10-series cards in months.

Try years? Remember when manufactures were receiving cards back in bulk from partners due to mining decline?

On topic, I only buy open box
