i will be trying your 95/40 next run but i am really lacking on the Dps department more then anything.
i should have done all salvation as well but stopped when it hit about 50% this climb so far and added the rest into twohitback.
If i use this as my Mq armor next climb what stats and skill would you recommend?
or is this armor plus my ml charm not going to bring my heals up to par with my Ml charm in main slot ?

That armor won't do much either. The reason why I chose Intelligence over Heal Mastery is because Intelligence is for 2 Reasons: Heal Capacity and minor magical defense... heal mastery only increases a % of the intelligence a character has available, and nothing else.
You are better off using the strength armor you posted over HM armor... or, get EE armor as stated by hasteful to increase your endurance in battle to kill opponent. Also... yes, get a better EE weapon, but as you stated, it is budget built.
You are stuck on TwoHitBack with your builds so far... yes, it is a Samurai ability, but it fails you when you only encounter 1 evil presence at a time, you are better off with Retribution @ 46% charge up and rest Salvation. (I am guessing you are solo'ing)
Find a chain / plate with +Int + ML (won't be cheap, but may help), then your main charm could be EE heal with Strength or Dex if you swap from sword to dagger, or just a plain stat main charm.
You have to do some number crunching when combining items to find the best output for what you want and your survivability... also... if SC, you could just opt for 85 vitality / 50 intelligence... test for yourself what you are happy with at the end.
