you need to always remove your old driver, to replace with a new one. Otherwise it'll cause problems like you're having with clashing drivers. Download DDU and remove all drivers, then re-install the latest 1080ti driver from website.
After following the instructions sent to me, and reinstalling drivers there was no notible change after running Beat Saber/Magic Arena/Apex.
