Yeah it's a very bizarre choice by the artist..

I think it was intentional... I haven't re-watched all the episodes and the intro, but, I am surmising that the artwork is the same... the new scar appears in the intro of each episode, but was not picked up because we normally fast forward it... well I do.

I doubt they will explain how it happened in the upcoming episodes since I believe would be pointless, in that being said, if they did, I hope it is a good story line and has something to do with his future skills or gifts.

really dont understand how hes going to just go easy on enemy #1 because hes with a human woman and daughter.
just slice him even if hes holding a child..

the area was crowded and he practically had hostages. i know he wouldnt risk that when in the last episode he was afraid to use his full strength due to there being 2 civilians present.
plus he was probably dumbfounded at the sight of it.

im still surprised he found him so damn quickly.

Damn that this anime is good. I sincerly hope it becomes a bit more "gore"

that was such a good ending to that episode. very satisfying.
