so is it possible to be both leeching ES and have full es (unless slayer maybe?) to be able to proc both more damage bonuses? or is it just one or the other?

Need to be not full es to have while leeching, cuz once at full es, no longer leeching

leech not removed on full life, not means you leech on full life,
or else, the 10%leech cap per instance would destroy your leech

that has nothing to do with what i'm asking? overleech means you can leech with full es, but i dont think you can leech es while on full es without overleech is what i'm asking
