Why shouldn't you start on ps4? Will cost you a day, maybe 2, to find out. And what is a day on a humans life ;)
If it works for you be happy. If not you can always switch back to pc.

if you're mainly console then why not start on ps4? We all know the experience is better on PC, but if you have no previous PC experience with it and prefer to play on console.. seems like a no brainer.
If you really get into the game and want to spend a shit ton of time and effort into the end game of it then you may want to move to PC at that point.
