I currently am playing frost bolt/ice nova build with 5.5k life/1.1k es and 1.3k mana after reserve w/ MoM.

Now my question is if I go pure ES and lets say I get 9k ES, what's this like compared to the above in terms of Survivability w/ the leech changes

5.5k life * 20% leechrate / 0.7MoM
1.1k es * 10%leechrate
=1681 heals per sec


9000es*10%es leechrate = 900 leech heal per sec

Sooo, whats the benefit of going ES then?

in 99.9% the cases i die to oneshot ( or multiple hits in like 0.1 sec ) when i go life bases... So higher leech / regen pool doesnt help


with Es you get RLY easy ~75% more EHP compared to life ( in most cases i end up with 4.5-6k life or 9k-12k Es... with a mna guard you can jsut double your es )

Es requires so little investment in gear and skill tree due to the value that it always yields more dps than life. Do you even play this game?

I trust your opinion, so i'll direct this to you. Based on what you said, I should go ES if I have the currency because it's just plain better? currently i can clear t15 maps fairly well it's just random 1 shots that fuck me and I'm guessing like stated above, ES is the way 2 help that due to a bigger pool. True? just go es and never look back?

Es is just better in every which way this league, as it was when Baal pact worked with ghost reaver. As far as skills, my SB inquisitor actually has like 3.8k life and not even capped res without flasks, and I’m carrying Uber elder and delve bosses. You still have to play well, but if you can afford ES, it’s ten times better. I simply never cared to upgrade his gear because the only boss I’ll ever die to is chimera due to RNG.

QFT, this is the problem tbh. Just trying to pad my scrubness with any mechanic that can help lmao.
