I will say, it helps to not have constant interaction with them and to work a job where you may work in opposite areas.
I feel that space is a crucial part to relationships, I think that if you were to be around each other 24/7 (At work. At home. Etc.)
Things could struggle in the future. Assuming your job is a career in your head. Otherwise if it's a temporary thing, I feel this is less of a problem.

The bad parts.

You need to be at the top of your game in some aspects. Meaning, just be mature and focus on having fun. Always be the bigger person and roll with the punches. If things go sour, things can go bad with dating in the workplace assuming there is a lack of maturity or self control. That could stain your reputation in the workplace depending on what occurs.

Honestly, if you think you can handle it. Hey, why not.

There is nothing to worry. Being together in good or bad terms is all that , it matters. It also matters how you handle your relationship and where do you intend take to it? Whether you are just intending to stay together for a while or you have made plans of spending the future with your partner. Being co-workers is even a plus point. You both wouldn't feel awkward in front of both of your friends as they will be well known by both of you. Even , cherishing life will be more easy. Even office trips will be amazing because you both will not feel alone and will have someone to take care of . Being co-workers, also helps in handling mood swings and stress. Everyone has stress in their job or frustrated by their job, so, seeing each other in bad of terms , will make relationship even better. Hope you would start this relationship soon 🙂

Started dating a coworker in 2017. Still going strong after two years our anniversary was 4/23. Its all about being with the right person doesnt matter where you find them. If you wana make it work then you gotta put the effort in just like with anything in life. Best of luck my man
