do they not have SWAT teams at all or what. They might as well give these journalists guns and ask them to find the guy

no confirmation the same guy attacked both mosques. It might have been a simultaneous coordinated attacked, and then they met up. The car crash was '3 km' from the first scene. The mosques are 7 km apart on google maps
