General info:
- This tournament will be a double elimination tournament.
- The tournament is expected to last 3-4 hours.
- Matches will be played first to three wins.

If requested, pictures must be provided as proof that you are not using mods. Picture format is shown below:

Type of pic #1--> Must show left skills with time stamp and map up.



Type of pic #2--> Message log picture with at least one kill showing, the time stamp from at least screenshot a showing, and map up



Type of pics #3--> Pic showing ur character screen and ur block% with time stamp .




Our gm rules:
a. No bm of any kind. That includes: bm gear, hack of any kind for pvp. We ask that you respect the other players and reserve the right to ban anyone for any reason or no reason.

b. You are not allowed to respec depending on the match-up during the tournament.
You can be mb by having gear for mb, but you are not allowed to respec between matches and add or remove stat points!
For example, a bowa which had mb can't respec to full vita depending on the opp, but the bowa can have a stormshield in stash and use it if needed.
Another example--> A dudu can have both 163fcr and 99fcr mb setups but with the exact same hard stat points.

c. Gameplay Restrictions:
- avoiding contact with an opponent intentionally with no plans of attacking for prolonged periods of time is unacceptable, defensive play is part of dueling but lets not have 11 hour 1-0's like a few years ago.
- casting of traps/missiles before both players say go
- camping in houses
- camping next to flavie (in the pathway between Moore/CP)
- there is no restrictions on in-game techniques (IBS, IGA, farcast(legit), hammer-fields, etc)
- no glitching (aura glitch, skill glitching, ww glitch, corpse glitch, blade fury, flame bellow, trang, etc)

d. Psn necros are banned. However, bone necros can use white with psn nova and lr if MAX 1 hard point is put to psn nova.

e. You must show full gear+inv upon request.

f. mana pools and arrow pools are always allowed.

g. Replacing items till the set of ft3 is completed is not allowed, which means that you will have to finish the duels with the items you used to start em.

h. Glidewrapper is fully supported by blizzard and therefore, it is 100% gm. Full info on how to use it in our gm server

i. For nec vs nec only spear is allowed.

j. Main rule-set:

GENERAL RULES
- Both players must say go
- duels take place in the blood moor
- must clear moor before dueling
- no thawing/antidote pots
- no rejuvs/hp pots
- mana poiols are always allowed to stop l8z
- no shrines/wells
- no mercs
- no prebuffing (cube inventory is ok)
- must maintain same class/type when dueling - respeccing allowed (switching to max block etc) but must maintain class/type
- max resist of any element is 85%* (or 5% max and 20% sorb)
- max absorb of any element is 20%*
- can't use any +max resist or +%absorb with rising sun, tgods, or luna
- life replenish is capped at 40 (exception of 53 for barbs with angelics and double hoto switch+dungos for barb)
- max poison damage from inventory is 451
- no more then 10% slow from items (with the exception of arach)
- no casting charges from items (unless agreed upon by both parties)
- don't combine more than 1-5% max resist with more than 20% absorb

Class specific rules:

Assassin:
- c/c sins with above level 1 traps can't use any +absorb or +max

Barbarian:
- bvc's may use two ravens with under 310 cold resist

Necro:
- bonewall is banned
- iron madien is banned
- all corpse skills are banned
- prison is BM if enemy doesn't use enigma.
- hotspurs is allowed
- necro vs necro is spear only

Druid:
- Tgods is now Gm

Sorceress:
- can use either 10% max OR up to 20% sorb, cannot combine both of them.
- blizz sorcs may use doom
- magic and physical damage reduce are capped at 15
- may use mana pots regardless of ES %
- ES may use 5% max, sorb is not allowed

Paladin:
- maximum of 1 base prayer
- defensive gc's are banned
- 1 piece of tap is allowed
- same res cap rules apply (if aura stacking % max, may not use items)

Amazon:
- amazons may use 2 ravens with under 310 cold resist
- slow missile is allowed
- 1 point Plague is allowed

Banned classes:
Auradin, Foher
100% Psn zon Must be lvl 1 plague with bow
Summoner necro
Psn necro
es orb sosos




Important notes:

2) If any of the competitors thinks that his opponent is abusing any of the rules, he is allowed to stop the duels and ask a tournament admin to join the game. If none of the admins are available, game will be postponed and will be replayed with an admin present. At the next game, the score will be the same with the one left from the previous game.

things to keep in mind

1. ss only necessary if your opponent or an admin/mediator requests it, either before the duel begins, or immediately after the duel ends
2. there is no tokens allowed, the screenshots will be used to ensure htis happens if needed. keep in mind xfering gear for a base stat block setup is fine, your HARD STATS AND SKILLS need to remain the same throughout the tournament. If needed, i will ask for skill tree s/s
3. let's try to keep spam to a minimum, if you have any questions pm me directly
