There is no need for ias, fools, ctc in any offhand claws unless u wirl, then fools and ias is relevant.

thats only cause u have not tested 2 ber.
People claim crushing blow sucks in pvp, thats why you can kick 1 serie of 3 kicks vs an 8,xk lifed baba and if lucky with amp early he is 25-30% hp left, with lvl 1 dtalon and lvl 1 venom base. Thats with 55% CB. U usually have time for 2-3 kickseries before he is able to punish you if ur doing it right.
It also bypass: Bone Armor, ES, and oak adds(only makes the attack stronger) Im using 10% ow, sometimes it hits and sometimes it dont, anyway i have lvl 4x mindblast and 10,5k ls dmg to kill the last 25-40% hp. The mindblast is kinda effective as well since lvl 1 amp last for 8 seconds. I also have 18,9k ar(not displayed). So i hit decent vs most.
