I am ready to change routines again. Can't decide if I want to stick with a upper/lower/push/pull/legs or try out some reddit routines i've seen, mostly PHAT
I used to do PPL but I don't have enough time to go 6x per week anymore. Currently at 4 days per week for the last 2 months, but I can move up to 5 now. I might just go back to PPL on a 5 day basis and roll over the last one into the next week, repeat the rollover cycle.

Ended up going with PHAT.. Power Hypertrophy Adaptive Training. Chose this because I am able to go 5x per week and hit each muscle group 2x.

Basically its: Upper Power / Lower Power / Rest / Back Shoulders Hypertrophy / Legs Hypertrophy / Chest Arms Hypertrophy / Rest and repeat

Completed 3 weeks and I'm loving the power days. Hypertrophy days feel like what I'm used to for the past few years. I'll got 5 more weeks for a total of 8 and reevaluate from there.

I just go fresh muscle groups. Keep it different each week with hams and quads on separate days.
