I am ready to change routines again. Can't decide if I want to stick with a upper/lower/push/pull/legs or try out some reddit routines i've seen, mostly PHAT
I used to do PPL but I don't have enough time to go 6x per week anymore. Currently at 4 days per week for the last 2 months, but I can move up to 5 now. I might just go back to PPL on a 5 day basis and roll over the last one into the next week, repeat the rollover cycle.
