Cats are independent animals and like to their own things, but they do show you signs of love

cuddle with you
when they lay on their back and show you their stomach (huge sign of trust)
when they rub their scent on you
when they stare directly at you and close their eyes means they completely trust you
when they boop their nose on your nose
when they purr

They aren't like dogs who will worship you every second of their life dogs are very dependent of their owner and cats are the other way around.

Anyone who says dogs is better then cat one is just dumb, they are both animals that shows you love in a different way

Sounds like behavior of a cat in a dogs home. Sure, if you have cats around dogs, the dogs will be more demanding of the attention, sometimes making the cat distance itself.. You just need to give it attention as well as the dog and it will act much differently.
