If you plan to farm enigma through LK then i would definately save it.
Would be very surprised if you dont end up with runes for grief, way before you have runes for enigma ready.

not sure yet - damage feels kinda good now so might try some progress next

Oath + Lawbringer is solid till you get a Grief. Having decrep proc is quite nice strong

I normally prefer Forti or Duress on frenzy barb, fenzy give enough fr/w but if you like to tele go for it

If only :P I'm currently Lo rune away from Grief, base away from Death and Ith away from Enigma :P (all runewords I never made on sp hc 8)
