Wow, I just checked it and you are correct. It looks like they merged the whole server. I know last season it was on a lot of different ips. Does that mean that dc will appear in every game now?

Ppl couldn't create games properly for a few weeks last month (this was Asia scl only. I tried creating games on scnl and no problem. I also tried creating games on other realms and all no problem. No idea why it is only Asia). I think they updated the server after that or something.

I tried Tencent QQ (v difficult to use), but where do you find all the Diablo players?

Well in asia realm english players are very less u have to make frnd in qq to play in asia. Qq has group of diablo asia and ue players all chinese
Most of them can understand english so trading there is no problem

Most of them seem to be on SCL.

Most of them appear to be multi-bot users, though. They find all the stuff that they are using with bots, and that is the reason you don't see anyone trading here.
