I already bought 46 ex from someone and I went first.
You pmed me after for 7 ex and you didn't want to go first, insisted that I pay first, or you can give me 1 ex first, I just didn't want to bother with this trade because it seemed weird and sketchy.

I'd have to say the 2/3 rule is still king. Post count, join date, fg count. If you have 2/3 over the other person, then you don't go first. Simple.

I always abide by that rule, has never failed me
