Its still very rng.
I ran cowking to look for death sash and gloves.
3 runs and i found both^^
Chance was 1:17x for both xD

Fun fact - a stroll down Diablo II: Lord of Destruction memory lane:

Before v1.10 set items from Sigon's Complete Steel, Hwanin's Majesty, and M'avina's Battle Hymn all had the same transformcolor: white.
Patch 1.10 removed it from Hwanin's ... altogether.

Looking at v1.07-v1.09 setitems.txt Hwanin's Majesty is the only set which is defined to have a transformcolor that is not specified - so the game defaults into using 0 (I suppose) which is: white
Hence the question remains whether this set was meant to have a transformcolor in the first place or if they merely forgot to specify one.
