Self explanatory really. I'm going to get around 6-8k to sink into a character. Assuming equal investment, both practice and FG wise, which of these 2 can toe to toe with everyone? I'm very used to desynching, but Libby seems more versatile rather then purely depending on invisible hammers. Lmk reasoning too!

Libby. Having the ability to charge sorces and what not is nice. As is going for suicides on barbs. You dont lose too much hammer dmg by going this route anyway but you will have less life and mana then a normal pure hdin due to using partizan insight and divine scepter (not that mana is an issue). Most ppl will say to use tears also and this does yeld more hammer dmg but if you go sanders and max vigor it gives dmg to both bh and charge. Just my 2 cents ofc.

Unless you are on EU and have to go tears because hard point prayer is bm
