Would definitely be interested in this, Would depend on the class, I would definitely do the leveling but ill be a possible on the PVP for AV rep, Ill have to research and remember how long that took for me on my old characters.

e; also can snag as many vouches as youd like I typically did jobs in the OSRS section but I am dying to play Vanilla when it comes out

i will be playing a warrior

my buddy would probably be playing a hunter, shaman, or mage but he is undecided at this time.

no need to do AV if you dont want to, but if u do want to ill pay for it as well of course whatever is appropriate

i should have also mentioned gold will be easy as i'll be purchasing gold or tokens with fg, so having necessary funds at all times shouldn't be an issue (mount, skills, ect, just dont gear him w/ blues every 5 levels lol. i'm doing AV to get a cheaper mount and cheap, strong(ish) epics, yay!)

no one knows the release date, they simply say sometime in 2019. i assume there will be a 2-3 month advertising campaign, and since that has not begun yet, i assume the servers will not be up for at least 3+ months.

Yeah no worries, from what I remember itll be roughly 10-12 days of played time from what I remember with an efficient leveler, I would probably have a better estimate on the price when it gets closer, All of the gear would probably be farmed through dungeons and questing primarily, and if wanted I would farm a set at 60 as well, atleast typically doing full or close to full T0.

i won't want you to do toooooooooo much at 60 but certainly some of the initial stuff/prereqs would be great to get done.
