Lvl 49 charger n fissure druids work well against high lvls also 49 ww barbs but that gets pricey... mld is lvl 49 u can also rock blizz or fb sorcs at that lvl as stated before foh can work u can also make a mld hdin pretty damn cheap that does like 6kish hammer n drop nubs.... my favs r the charger/zealer and fissure... fissure druids can do surprisingly well and also fun... foh and hdins can be op

I have had success with hammer and nec for this, as lvl 49 and 59. Ele dru can work as well. Smiter sucks due to the lack of oak. U also need hybrid enigma and stuff.

Lvl 59 is most fun since u can use bb at lvl 51.

The most effective builds I had vs higher level pubs were charged strike and blizz. Foh was banned in mld vs mld when I played so I never wasted time building one, but I'm told you get ~8k damage foh so it's probably the most viable if you can keep your mana pool up

I got decent results out of plague/trap/bow/hammer but nothing close to the level of effectiveness I got out of blizz

since u passed lvl 49, it's hld and lvl 59 doesn't seem to make sense

this with MLD? mlders are far closer to HLD than LLD so its not much of a comparison. But at LLD I don't see how even with hybrids a 8x 800 avg CS with -0% resist or 1600 / -80-90% blizz would do anything
level 30 hybrid din, maybe with allied bo, seems fine. Though if you're adding in an ally to the mix you could probably come up with some enchant based build for a level 30 char
