I'm trying to craft a blood helm with level requirements <=18 and with 2 sockets (mechanics)

The affix lvl is 10 for mechanics on helms

Level 8?
Level 18?
Level 25?

Which level should I be for mechanics blood helm @ level req 18?

Still wondering.

I've experimented with a level 8 and a level 25

The 25 rolled a 2os 10fhr 10life 6dedstrike right out of the gate, level 29

the level 8 did roll a zero socket 10fhr 10life 5 deadly strike <=level 18 but all the others have rolled above level 18. I', thinking level 8 is decent enough to get where I want it to be if quality level is 12 and toon level is 8 thats 6+4=10 and mechanics=10. AM I thinking about this wrong?

Trying to get 2 socketed deadly strike level 18 helm.

Iirc 2 sockets is lvl 19.

Mechanics should be attainable at less than lvl 19 req.

or are u saying use a 19 to roll a 2 socket helm with level req <=18

Figured out that new level req formula = rlvl of highest affix + 10 + 3*#ofmods

so if mechanics is 10 any 2 socket helm would be above level 18. RIP
