There’s a confidentiality agreement and thus the NFL doesn’t have to disclose texts, emails, etc. I am curious, if Kaep didn’t take the settlement, could he have made those public? In short, did Kaep pick money over unveiling the truth of collusion if there was any?

what do you mean "if there was any?", if the reporting that he got a $60-$80 million dollar settlement is accurate; then there absolutely was collusion.

Yes, but it is an implicit admission of guilt by the nfl. Tbh there was probably a lot more evidence of collusion and other naughty stuff not even related to kap that they didn’t want getting out. But yeah this settlement does show it was about more than justice to kap

Right. But I thought Kaep was all about proving the truth and not in it for the money? He could’ve had all this stuff revealed in discovery by making it a real court case. Instead he took the money and ran.

kaep wanted to bring attention to an injustice

he kneeld

nfl then blackballed him

(that's his career)

if you were blackballed from your career unjustly, and lost the income that you worked so hard to obtain, you would also seek compensation for the wrongdoing

Isn’t he a big supporter of the rich paying their fair share? Is $20+ million net worth not enough?

Right. If he cared about social justice and awareness, wouldn’t he want to make people aware of what the NFL did instead of letting them get off for what most assume is a high 8 figure payout, which is a pinprick?

you do realize he's more than likely going to donate a lot of that settlement $ to charities right? honestly, what's your problem? do you hate brown people? or just rich brown people?

No, I am angry because i hugely supported what he did and his cause and now I feel betrayed. He could’ve changed the whole NFL and perhaps all of sports. Instead he took the cash and the facts stay under the rug
