What gears, runewords etc or combination of set gears "normal" gives most mf? Not end game gear, talking tarnhelm, etc.. Lower character level stuff
I know 2 angelic rings gives 50 mf each if wearing armor and amulet for example

Looking to gear up a sorceress to start with after a year hiatus

50+24 tarnhelm ptopazd
24 angelic armor topazd
50+50 angelic rings with amulet
100 gull dagger
25 cow king boots
40 chance guards
20 milabrega shield

363 mf

you need to define "normal" properly
"not exceptional or elite" would be a proper definition but then you added "not end game" and "lower character level" which is way too vague

Gear that's not exceptional or elite class, thought that would be clear enough. I guess that's too vague.. It would be lower level character stuff indeed..

so a rare circlet with 6 perfect affixes that requires lvl 99 is ok?

gothic plate 4x ist runes 100%
2x 40% mf rings
tancred's amulet+boots 78% magic find
dual wielding 6x ist rune crystal sword 150%
goldwrap 30%
chance guard 40%

comes out to 703% mf, or 1002% mf after charms

If you don't consider circlet a higher tier item you could get like 20% more

Is there a way to push it higher? Charms obv, but gear wise

Ist would bring up the required level..
If i do tancreds amulet 78 i lose 149 from angelic n ck boots but i can gain 60 or 80 on rings with nagel or magic and 96 more on the armor with a 7-27 boost to mf but losing bonus modifiers is the trade

What about dropping 45 mf from milabrega shield + ck boots for sig shield + sig boots for 50 mf..
