Nobody can find it. It is currently impossible to find.

89 for Lightning Fury

So a potential setup could be something like 40 on weapon, 20 on gloves, 20 Ammy (Highlords), 15 (Socketed Jewel)

The next breakpoint down is at 50.

so the next BP is 145 ias for cs ?

296% ias needed

math?

Base attack time is 14 frame

So the breakpoints are 0, 6, 16, 30, 52 and 296

This is basic math.
