his range way to short to compare him with Velkoz

His waveclear is still pretty stupid. I can E W Q and immediately roam knowing that the space AIDS and buggers will still earn me CS.

Teemo is very similar to velkoz

I would recommend Lux as well. She has arguably more range than Xerath

You mostly sit under turret in lane and hit minions with your spells just 1x / wave mostly

Cassio prob

Super strong control mage
Strong lane phase

Lane one Q and you basically win lane
Super squishy with no escape
Strong team fight
If your team can survive to late game you can 1v9
