CPU = 56C
Motherboard = 50C
Harddrives = 40C/43C
Graphics card = 86-89C
Should i be concerned about graphics card temperature? or is that safe range?

Use the free program:
MSI Afterburner
to set a fan profile for your vid card.

Pretty old card, I'd change the thermal paste/dust it first.
Then msi after burner for a fan curve.
Its within safe limits but it may be throttling now ro soon.
