Better late than never! It is a pretty cool portrayal of the mind and what it means to be human. And you're right that our experience as humans are way to complex to put into systems of mindmaps etc. However, I do feel it does help in the more technical departments in making a more clear and coherent line of thought.
Interesting what you say about something superior, like a mind? Why if I may ask, is it that you reject the nature of God as revealed in the Bible? What do you think of people like C. S. Lewis who went from being an atheist to become one of the most influential Christian writers?
This is mostly work flow charts, you can use Visio for MSOffice or Draw for LibreOffice; it's useful to write a systems architecture document for your engineers, or a simple basic procedure for your operators.
"Superior" was meant for what is beyond our comprehension and not an old bearded patriarch. C. S. Lewis can justify his work for ideological reasons: the necessity of moral values in society, good vs evil etc... The most decent one being our famous democrat-socialist Jesus, sharing bread and little fishes, non-violence, tolerant etc... Unfortunately it gave mixed results as we can see today, but i'm not totally against it.
You can write yourself a diagram to convert /argue with "no believers"...
