Need help with the following:

Consider a sealed bid first price auction with 2 players in which the valuation of each of the players is best described by a uniform distribution on [10, 25].
a. Identify a Nash Equilibrium
b. Show that this strategy profile is indeed a Nash Equilibrium

I'm pretty sure a) is

But I have no clue how to do b.

I know how to do it for [0,b], but for [a,b] I'm struggling

Are you studying finance now baby? Last I heard you were studying supply chain logistics or something pointless like that.
