if its like 15+ then I rate 9/10

if lower than 8

I use peace, 2x soj's and spirit shield. I hit 46% crit strike. You do the math. 46%>25%

I also have a very nice honor but can't post that here

Nice one man. This is the 2nd best one I've ever seen on east for the pure damage build. The BH+Peace (dmg build) vs Honor+Life/dmg plate (versatility build) debate has nothing to do with the item in question imo, both are valid builds and this BH is godly for the dmg build.
