Ok i am like 15 EX deep into trying to craft this..... I am pretty sure that if you hit it, its like winning the lotto....

I am giving up...

I tried alt spamming
I tried Chaos spamming
I tried Block fossil spamming
I have only seen T1/T2 phys w/ Acc 4 times and never with flat phys...

I hope you get it my friend.

spent 2 months trying to get flaring + any hybrid phys roll, didnt see it once, let alone dictators or emperors

you can get it on normal to it's just a hard iso
