You are worried about eating food right away to the point where you’re eating food at the gym?

Lol. Nothing anyone says is actually going to change your actions, but you are wasting your time. It literally makes no difference. Your body uses the energy you put in it. Muscle takes time to repair. Your quick little meal at the gym changes nothing.

Lol eggs are 50$ a dozen here every day of the week. So i just deal with eggs a lot.
What i personally do is hard boil eggs and poor ranch on them when i prep them for the day or next day.
Have a seperate bag or container of stuff to make a salad. I do this because it just takes the smell away.
It's also important for me to get in fibers all day since it's effecting my energy levels due to a super fast metabolism.
There is also other like salad dressing that you can throw on your eggs and it just takes away all the smell.
Like the vinegarette type shit. Or you can just fucking waste space and just soak those eggs in a water container with a TINY TINYYYYYYY bit of salt since it will get into your eggs.

I had to deal with that smell for years man. IF you soft boil your eggs it also does not smell as bad but i can't eat it like that.
Yeah, eggs. Now days i can't eat them since i used to eat 24-36 egg whites a week in college. Fk that. FK that.
Eggs, rice, and beans. My god do you guys understand how bad those farts are? Then those random protein shakes....holy fuck. lol

Yeah man, the smell is real. But I agree, soft boil is bullshit. I fucked up one time and kept the heat too low and they soft boiled but my wife likes them so she ate em. Fuck that. So you’re saying I should eat eggs in a sAlad in the locker room?

LOL yes salad in the damn locker room. I mean fuck it. Buy that premixed salad stuff and just throw a cup or two in man. What's important is that salad dressing. Ranch or that vinegarette stuff. This is just to help with smell. I mean you can cut out the salad part if you hate it. I don't mind it and i actually get a decent meal out of it.
I've experimented with ILLVICINO chili oil. That cuts the smell too. Basically just cover those eggs up in that illvicino chili oil(you can buy it at the restaurant for like 15$ a bottle, 6$ for refills). It tastes SUPER good too.
That's how I survive these eggs through out 2-3 years.

By the way. It's 50 cents a dozen where i'm at. I typed 50$.

Drink an intra-workout drink with eaa's, carbs and a bit of Salt. Better pump, More energy at The gym, insulin helps with cortisol levels etc and you dont need to worry about eating at the gym.
