how long have you gotten without eating food and having seldom water

probably doesn't count but i remember a few times last year realising i hadn't eaten in 4 or 5 days cause i'd been drinking beer the whole time. apart from that probably 3 days is the most i've gone without consuming calories

i did a 19 day water fast to cleanse my soul and skyrocket my iq, my brain is on a nother level now

do cold and flu meds break your fast? i'mma do this shit for a week as long as i can actually function

that settles it. starting tomorrow i start my 7 day water fast. it won't be easy. the weekend is coming up, and then there's the work week after that. life will always be testing us but i am strong.

alcohol is calories, idk how much u can have before it's not really fasting anymore

u might get light headed and nearly pass out if u stand up fast on one of the later days, but 7 days is 100% safe really unless ur unhealthy or a frail malnourished little poosay like daltong who will end up with catabolised heart tissue and refeeding syndrome if they skip a single meal

u can prevent orthostatic hypotension (im high iq now so i know what this is called) by taking an electrolyte supplement or some shit, but I just spooned salt into my mouth because i am naturally hyper-efficient at heart

i have naturally low blood pressure and take medication that lowers it even further. but i'm just gonna go goku mode on this shit i don't need electrolyte supplements i reckon by the 5th day i'd have raised a whole daltong in iq
