Bonesnap has little lesser dmg but also lesser req than lance, also slightly faster than lance. Even if I go for lance I wont be going for the GG one with -req and very high dmg, just a decent one.

Also do I need cb from goblin toe along with bonesnap's 40cb? Is there a cap for cb?

25 cb is fine

u can stack CB but its not needed
