I have watched several youtube videos with people showing off their RPi Cluster builds, but they never actually explain what they can be used for.
Outside of bitcoin mining, what would be the point in making such a thing?
Neural Networks? Are they good for handling Machine Learning scripts?

I'm new to the RPi world and coding in general, so any advice would be greatly appreciated.

u can use it as emulator for old games

Pi's by nature are a learning tool and people make clusters for exactly that reason, to learn how to comp[ile one and maintain it so to speak.
Clusters are used mostly in the scientific world for crunching data, tbh you could have it do any task though don't expect it to be fast. I
suggest you start with smaller projects with a single device before you go buying several imo. pihole, time lapse camera, nerf turret, media
center, etc.

Rpi is pretty fun especially if you pick up a bread board also.

If you don't know any python it's a great way to start I have been using random salvaged motors from cd drives working on making a rpi python based Lego car

Thanks all, I am probably definitely going to start with smaller devices to learn with. The only reason I asked is because I want to get into Neural Networks/Machine Learning by the end of this.

The end goal is to incorporate it all into the Metal Fabrication shop I own.
