I have an ASUS VS247.

I think it has caused a pterigyum in my eye from starring at it.... :(

This monitor claims to have "Night mode" for low blue light but it doesnt seem to help at all.

Are there good monitors for this purpose?
Can someone please point me to one or two of them?

I see "eye care" monitors on Amzon but not sure if they are gimmicks or legit.

Learn to take break from you monitor or get a larger display and sit further back imo. This was not caused by your monitors either.

I run three of these with the blue light reduction and have no issues but I also have good eyes. (eye care is up to 70% reduction in blue light)

Can Try f.lux, and if this isn't enough with (eye care) then not going to find anything that helps.

BenQ seems to be the most popular Option for this kind of thing.

Honestly I'm not sure if the monitor is causing it or that it's just a low lit room at night with the screen on. But my eye definitely flares up after a long night of gaming.
Really makes me wonder if I should cut out all of the night gaming 😅😫

I have tryed alot of differnt monitors - and my favorit is benq 100%

sure a ips display is nice IMO better colors/backlight for movies/photo/internet and text

but for me what matters is hz.. i have gotten dizzy and headache several times from gaming on 60hz.. never happend on 144hz..

ofc i dont know if thats is your problem, could also be the lighting, but i think also depends on what games u play and for how long
