My favorite types of movies are those where it is 100% badassery with zero comic relief.

Dredd (2012)
Brawl in Cell Block 99
Dark Knight
13 Assassins
The Departed

The Dark Knight definitely has some comic relief sprinkled throughout the movie.

Basically 90% of the scenes involving Alfred.

Also this. The Departed is also filled with comedy. It's a drama, so the purpose of the movie isn't to make you laugh, but it has some hilarious moments throughout.
