Looks amazing, definitely gonna be making that recipe this week. Just picked up a bunch of pho/ramen/etc ingredients so gotta put them to use!

Japan kinda ruined Pho for me. Had Pho for the first time in Vietnam, right after eating ramen every day for 3 weeks in Japan.

Not to say that doesn't look delicious af
