big claims theres a shit ton of studies with groups of people fallowed by doctors and dietitians doing a intermittent fasting diet/keto




obviously everyone is different but it works so does fasting

not doing any weights still doing home exercises light excercises like pushups situps squats without weights but nothing like i did 1 month ago

also read about fasting and ketogenic diet and muscle growth

You clearly don't know the difference between a caloric deficit and starvation wich is not suprising to me.

You wished me luck let me return it to you and wish you luck on your daily battle to reach an intelligence level above that of a 12 year old.
