Biochem is definitely easier than organic chem, even at the graduate level. Still, it looks good having a high level biochemistry class under your belt since thats where most people struggle conceptually. Even if you don't need it, it will help your application stand out a bit.
Now that I'm a good 9 months in anatomy isn't bad, but you're going to basically get thrown into memorizing every bone, muscle, joint, and vessel from your heart to your fingertips in three weeks on top of other material. If you're already roughly familiar with naming mechanics and the overall layout of the musculature it's not so bad, but going in cold you're going to add an extra 15 hours a week just getting up to walking speed.
