When people work out intensely with weights and think that's something separate from cardio. "Gotta walk on the treadmill for 30 min so I'm not limited by cardio in my weightlifting"

Cardiovascular activity. Start by doing an aerobic activity, like walking or running, for a sustained 20-30 minutes, four to five times a week,
Strength conditioning. Start by doing one set of exercises targeting each of the major muscle groups. (Indian workouts)

What cardio benefits does walking give that u cant get from weightlifting? U do 15 sets for legs or back u jus did equivalent cardio load of about 4 hours walking and that's a fact 15 set = 15 HIIT cycles and that's the fact of the matter

still waitin for someone to explain to me how jacking your heart rate up for short intervals 12 15 20 times a day depending on your sets and 5 or more days a week is not cardio training

WALKING with hundreds of pounds on your back in the form of a yoke isn't cardio these guys r beginners

why do weightlifters with reasonable bf levels have good blood pressure and heart rates? ofc the 300 lb steroid heads are gonna have a heart attack. normal people who lift weights consistently and frequently have extremely good biomarkers relating to disease and poor health and they have low resting heart rates and good blood pressure that's a fact. how does the heart rate lower if its not cardio training? cuz it is

weight lifting is essentially HIIT, which is the best form of cardio known to man for health I read 2 books on physiology and the cardiovascular system and I can promise u that when u spend 20 seconds lifting heavy objects and ur blood pressure and heart rate shoot up to near explosion OR when u sprint around a track and elevate is the same way ur heart doesn't know the difference #provemewrong #factsofscience #readurbooksitsgood4u
