not sure what to do with this and if any builds would use such weap

Elemental damage is useless on 2 handers unfortunately.

The lightning damage prefix is useless but those suffixes though.. hot damn.

However to be honest the fact you had to ask no offence but you probably cannot afford to finish this.. do yourself a big favor.. go to the crafting bench.. apply "suffixes cannot be changed".. use a scouring orb.. and then sell it as is with 3 open prefixes for 50ex minimum.
