I'm looking to make bread with my dutch oven. I've tried a couple loaves recently, but they haven't been amazing.
My biggest struggle so far is working with the very sticky dough. I can't for the life of me get it to be in a state where I can shape it.

Do you have any bread recipes that you recommend that aren't specifically for a bread machine?
I prefer to stay away from sourdoughs until I've got more of a hang of things.

I picked up Flour Water Salt Yeast by Ken Forkish and I'm getting close to trying the recipes here. I'm working my way through some of the bread science and best practices.
(PS. If you're interested the book is on sale for $19 on Amazon atm)

Clean hands and surface well after mixing then make sure both dry and knead with flour on your hands and counter
Most the time I've seen people lose flour when the dough ends up to wet
Picture would help of dough and after cooking
