A couple spots look a bit rough/unfinished. Not completely sure how I feel about the black smudge copied and set in the background for this one.
The shape kinda looks like her tail, which is an interesting idea. Her tail is white, so changing the color a bit might appeal to me more.
This is just me rough playing with the colors. I'm sure you'd be able to make it look nicer, but this is just an idea. I'd want a png for the final result ofc, not a jpg.

They look intended that rough / unfinished way. It is actually a flame with common blur you have within a flame. Part of the smudge is already burned down (black part) and the other part of the smudge is still burning.

Placement doesn't matter - you can crop, resize, move, etc.
The render kinda forces you to put it in a corner, complete the image, or hide it with some creativity, adjust colors, or crop sections out. Your choice.
1920x1080 or 2560x1080 are fine (but preferably the wider one).
I would be willing to acquire more fg for this image if necessary.
