This is good to know, thank you.
The reason for using siwak roots powder - is that you have concerns for fluoride?
I'm switching to Rasul clay for my hair, do you have some recommendations for a body wash if you have any? Like baking powder, or?
And essentials oils are really great indeed, I'm using cocunut, almond and Jojoba for different occasions.

Yes. I had a fluorose so my dentist advised me to stop using floride toothpast.
Since no fluoride toothpast is kinda exp and boring to find I went on the siwak roots one which is much cheaper and as effective as the other.
For homemade body soap use oil/caustic soda and water. Always put 5% excess of oil and 5% less soda, because that product is .. caustic.
To know exact quantities you need to know your oil's saponification index.

Kinda understand the question.

Brush teeth everday even if its just with water.

Use any shampoo/soap/deodorant in small amount regularly.

Thank you for reminding me to do this.

If you're are a heteronormative man and thus have short hair, there is zero need for shampoo or conditioner at all.

I agree with avoiding aluminum deodorants. The chemicals are harmful and they accumulate over time. I use deodorants with silver chloride.

The rest are very low risk so long as you dont eat toothpaste.

You can actually make your own shampoo with baking soda and vinegar along with some fragrance. I suggest rose fragrance and apple cider vinegar.
