I can't seem to find an answer anywhere on google.

How do stores get their lottery tickets? Like how does the scratch off books end up in the store? Who delivers it?

I see stores get their deliveries for drinks, candy, chips, cigarettes, but never in my life have I seen lottery get delivered.

Anybody know?

dunno. probably they have their own delivery.
But since every ticket is barcoded, they will know if it is missing some... And you get busted if you want to claim a winner ticket :Y

They have to be scanned to be worth anything.
