As mentioned in your thread in the request section, your current signature exceeds the signature limits, and is therefore illegal to use.
The person who edited the image for you only reduced the dimensions, but did not adjust the file size to make it legal.
In order to make it jsp legal, you're going to have to compromise. Less animation, less frames (choppier or faster animation), and/or lower quality.
