this post is making a lot of assumptions and leaving me little choice but to get a bit defensive over it.

i know the people personally. they did not hit the rabbit, the rabbit was not mistreated.

she does approach me when i offer food. she approaches me throughout the day without food as well.
she also picked her spot to sleep, right next to my bed where i can reach her for a quick petting.

all your assumptions are claims of mishandling. which is far from the truth. i can understand your pride in taking good care of animals, but i will not tolerate your claims that mine is not.

I didn’t claim you abused the rabbit
And my assumptions of her behavior are only that
Assumptions
They are not a dick so don’t take it hard
How do I know the full story?
I get that you are being defensive.
So I won’t take and add salt.
I’ve only related what I know my guy.
If she comes to you with or without food then you are doing well with her.

I even said might have been, like unsure like.
I even said not to shit on your buddy but

I put input on kale and nail trimming.
Take it or leave it
Peace

i do appreciate the input, and will take much of what you said into future consideration.
it just felt we were spinning off point there and (mind the pun) running down the rabbit hole of it's mental stability.
i know you can only assume off of info i give you, and that an issue with being held is not a common thing. i know, it worried me greatly at first as i thought i was doing something magnificently wrong.
in the end you can only take my word for it, i just wanted to express the emotional level of care i have for this animal.

in the end i wanted to paint clear a point that i'm not being lazy and/or protective of my image with a rabbit.
it just really does come from a good home.

anyway, i'm sorry to blow my top a bit. you seem to be reasonably accepting to my problem, so if it helps at all... i feel bad being harsh
thank you again
