use winter orb in shaper gloves (sudo 6L faster casting + slower projectiles + 1lvl projectile gems + 1lvl aoe gems)
use kaoms heart
use a shaper club with enemies explode for 5% of their life as fire dmg (basically 1h inpulsa)

the club explosion has way less lag than inpulsa.
