My only beef with this is that 99 life would look more pleasing to the eye if it could go to 100.

looks nice,

ofc the extra jewel makes up for alot of stats,
its posible that 4jewel stats, can replace a stat like 80es

but overall, 10%increased maximum life can be replaced bye 2passive points, simular to the 30/35%increased damage
when stats like 540 flat armour are not that ezz replaced, and free up your body armour

30% tommy is global

can be nice when do CoC-Ek-attack.

its not that global as you may think, since it not apply to minions, when some minion notes allow it to be applied global: minions/spells/attacks
most builds not apply global physical damage on multiple fronds, turning it into simular effects as 30%increased melee physical damage or 30%Spelldamage

defensive stats on some items, free up disco-items, witch may do 26.66%more damage, when 30%increased damage is only 3.666%more damage
